Your active participation in your spinal health journey is essential to successfully achieving the goals you set with me as your Chiropractor. In addition to your treatments at Backfit Clinic, I will often prescribe these exercises in order to enhance the results of your care plan. Each exercise has a different purpose, and targets a different area of the body. To ensure you are continually working towards strengthening your body and specifically your spine, I would strongly suggest that you only participate in the exercises prescribed to you.
